I am a licensed therapist, performance coach, and the founder of Sparking Change Wellness.
I built this because I kept seeing the same thing. Men investing in their bodies, their businesses, their families, and completely ignoring the connection between how they think, how they recover, and how they actually feel day to day.
I have the clinical training to understand what is going on inside your brain and your body. And I have the experience of working with men who need something built for the way they actually live. Not generic. Not soft. Not disconnected from real life.
