THE FULL PROGRAM

12-Week Deep Dive

Twelve weeks of structured, clinically informed coaching designed to create change that becomes part of who you are.

Sessions are 75 minutes weekly, plus weekly async check-ins and daily tracking. You leave with a personalized routine, a travel and stress contingency plan, a training and life-balance strategy, and an end-of-program roadmap.

Weeks 1-3

Phase 1: ASSESS

Performance patterns, stress response mapping, identity work, and baseline lab review. This is where we find out what is really going on underneath.

Phase 2: ACTIVATE

Structured routines, recovery rituals, and effort calibration. We build your daily operating system and start seeing early wins in energy, sleep, and clarity.

Phase 3: ADAPT

Setbacks, emotional regulation, and redefining what success looks like when it is sustainable. Most men hit a wall around week 7. That is by design. We use it.
