For founders, executives and attorneys
Executive Burnout Coaching for Men Who Can't Just Step Away
You're still performing. You're also sleeping badly, running on caffeine and willpower, and bringing it home. Joseph Sparks, LCSW, coaches leaders through burnout without asking them to disappear for a month.
What makes this different
Most executive coaches work on how you lead. Most trainers work on your body. Therapists work on what's underneath. Burnout sits across all three, so this program does too.
Coaching doesn't replace therapy or medical care. If you need either, Joey will tell you.
Built for a full calendar
- Weekly A 75-minute session in the 12-week program, in person or by video.
- Daily Two check-ins of about two minutes each, from anywhere.

Questions leaders ask
Is this confidential from my company?
You're the client, not your company. Tell Joey on the first call what you need kept private and how you want to handle it.
How is this different from an executive coach?
An executive coach works on leadership. This works on the man doing the leading: sleep, stress, training, food and life at home, with a physician reviewing your labs.
Can I do this while traveling?
Yes. Sessions run by video and the check-ins are on your phone. The program builds in a plan for travel weeks.
Is there an in-person option?
Yes, in Westlake Village, plus small-group retreats in California, Tahoe, Colorado and Utah.
Start with a 30-minute call
No pitch. Joey will ask what's going on and tell you honestly whether this fits.
